Admin_HistoryThe Mount St Jesuit Residence is attached to the Jesuit Church of the Immaculate Conception in the Archdiocese of Westminster.

History of the Community: The Fathers moved from 9 Hill St to 111 Mount St in 1868. Shortly afterwards they added 112. When the Duke of Westminster decided to have the whole of Mount St reconstructed during the 1880s, they took a building lease of 110, 111 and 112, which is now the site of 114 Mount St. On the other part of the leasehold, 31 Farm St was built, and the Fathers moved in there in 1885. 114 was begun in about 1885 and completed in 1887. Information about the history of the Church and Community can be found at PC/1/1.
